The Customer Care module makes looking after your customers easy. Putting all your customers and their details in one place making it easily accessible.
You are able to set up specific customer groups and then allocate customers to them groups making the monitoring of your customers more organised. You can enter all of your customers details from their name and address to their website and email address. There is also an option to enter additional information, where you can put details about your client.
Customer Groups allows you to set-up specific groups to allocate your customers too. If you have Hundreds or Thousands of Customers then this can be a very useful tool.
For example you can set up a group for a specific product range or customer range.
This option holds all of your customer details. Each new customer gets a reference number allocated to it. The other fields that you have are Address, Postcode, Contact Name, Telephone Number, Fax Number, Email Address and Website Address.
There is also an option to add additional information about a specific customer. This is ideal, as if a customer was angry or rude a little note in the additional information box would be a helpful warning for the next person who has to phone this customer. It can also be used to give direction on calling times where the customer is available or just to write down general notes about the call.
Within the Customer Care you are able to see all of the customers Transaction History enabling you to accurately discuss the accounts with the Customers when contacting them via telephone.
The Job History shows all the relevant History.
Within Invoices you are able to select the relevant customer by their customer ID. When you have
selected the relevant customer you are able to see all their invoices.
This includes invoice number, invoice date, date required, despatch date and all of the items purchased.
